Getting Started
- Get an introduction to the online learning experience and explore key resources across essential topics
- Follow simple, step-by-step guidance to start using the self-paced modules with your team
- Learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere with flexible training that fits your schedule and team needs

Hands-On Support
- Get real-time, hands-on support in your group home setting as you begin applying what you have learned
- Access local technical assistance through in-person or virtual sessions to build skills and confidence
- Receive observation and practical guidance alongside your team during daily routines
- Access additional tools and resources when you need extra support.
The CARE in Action learning experience was developed by OCALI in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY), the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio, Greene County Educational Service Center, and Hamilton County Educational Service Center.
